Im afraid that a PM that doesnt even understand the basic principles and drivers of a countries economy is not worthy of being a PM!When the news has been about Fletchers writing down its assets, Ebert - one of the biggest construction firms going bust, Fonterra making first loss in history, OCR possibly dropping...Which of these indicate growth in an economy!!!She gets an F and fails miserably as PM and her coalition government is a joke!

This is Trump induced behaviour, these politicians see Potus being a complete psycho on social media and think if he can do it then anything I do is acceptable! Well, sorry but all it makes you look like is spoilt twits who dont deserve to be in government and complete idiots who shouldnt even have a job. Because as an employer, youd be the type of person I would not hire even if you were last person on earth!

This latest stuff up by the PM has me thinking but I wonder if it was Labour that leaked the info about Simon Bridges spending...why else would the speaker do an about turn so quickly and give what we know about Currans way of transacting business via private emails, and her recent mental state and subsequent resignation, it is too much of a coincidence - I think some investigation might reveal the extent of her misconduct!

You mean the coalition still have 2 more years to drive more nails into the coffin or dig us deeper into the ground!!Btw, how is the recruitment of extra nurses going after the promise to do so? What about that back pay of increases? I believe they are still waiting...

Could it be the Maori people suffer froma hereditary or genetic make up that makes them more susceptible to certain illnesses or health conditions like heart attacks, diabetes, etc.also the fact a number of them have poor diets and that it is passed onto future generations in terms of what kids are feed (ie. fast food, sugary drinks), along with smoking, drinking, drugs, could this be more a case making poor health decisions and not the health system failing Maori!Take some ownership of you life habits, instead of playing the race card!

Compare this complete stuff up by immigration and Labour with their treatment of an overseas student studying in a highly specialized area of science involving water purification that would help clean up our polluted waterways who is having their study visa revoked for fear of them building weapons of mass destruction! Oh the idiocy of our bureaucrats and legal systems...this place is going to the dogs when we happily let drug smugglers in and kick out the youth of the future!!!

Sorry but one year to bring all rental properties up to this standard is just ridiculous, it should be an incremental process over say five years.I dont see government giving a one year limit to all earthquake prone buildings that are below code to bring them up to scratch, especially local and central government owned ones, because those will cause way more deaths and injuries than the poorly insulated/ventilated rental houses!

So banks with more analysts than the number of MPs in parliament have crunched numbers and know its too risky to lend to these farmers yet this Labour government is happy throwing money down the gutter...oh wait, its not their money so they dont care if theres not return on investment or even repayment of the money!

and painters charge $45+, tree trimmers $75+, plumbers $80+, electricians $70+, mechanics $50+ so seems only fair nurses get similar rates...cause Im pretty sure all these trades dont require university degrees or continuing professional development!

Labour managed to make the first year of tertiary education free after 20+ years of students having to pay for their education! at a cost of $600+ million. The difference is that its easier to use taxpayer money to buy votes than it is to fix a broken health system...The government needs to put up the money or face the consequences of nurses, teachers, and other public servants striking throughout their term!

I think its time for fixed price contracts and full transparency of all government projects, it is my money these fools are playing with so I expect full accountability for every cent spent!!Delivery at a set price and if it goes over ...well thats the suppliers problem, not the government (or tax payer).

Id love to get $16k pay rise, even at the highest tax rate - Id be $215 better off a week, and I can think of so many ways to make that stretch towards my family of 5.Clearly she needs to look at how shes wasting money...on stuff like Sky, cleaning products...When you actually take the time to analyse everything you spend your money on, you will find a lot of savings can be made!As the saying goes...live within your means

So sad the kids will now miss out because of this governments ineptitude in every decision they make!Do they really think kids will stop eating takeaways and the obese ones will get fitter because of this...no, they might actually get fatter because they will no longer have a sports outlet to exercise and lose weight and get healthier!Remember the term nanny state - well here we go again!

DHBs boards cost $66 million+ each year and what do we get for it...long waiting list, overworked staff, under resourced hospitals, bullying and abusive work environments, frauds at the highest levels of management!!why do we need them??sounds like money down the drain to me!!!

Ive never seen a roofer work from 7am till 7pm on a roof non stop without taking loo breaks, coffee breaks, lunch breaks...Also wouldnt it be safety hazard to work in wet weather...last time I was quoted a call out fee of $400+ just to check for a leak in my roof! So spare me the I get paid peanuts sob story!!!And fyi, I watched a re-roof of a church building across from my work and they did not at any point work 12 hours a day!!

Toxic culture comes from the top, whether it be the CEO or councillors, make a positive change at the top and target the problematic people. But I think the best way is to vote out the current mayor and councillors, then get rid of the underperforming CEO and his management team. Time to cut out the dead wood!!

There should be parity of the rates to services provided. The WCC and GWRC have continually increased rates even though they fail to maintain basic infrastructure, for example, all those water leaks around the city left unpaired while telling people to conserve water during a dry spell!

So no restrictions on capital gains but I cant claim losses unless its against capital gains instead of income...how is that fair unless I can do the reverse and say you cant tax my capital gains until Ive had some losses, whenever that might be!

Also raise the age a person can go for a drivers licence to 18 years old! Teenagers are not intellectually or emotional mature right to handle a motor vehicle. Also need compulsory third party insurance and keep a it on the registration record to track non compliance!Until the government grows a pair and toughen up the laws these deaths on our roads wil only continue to go up!

We can afford heating, but we still tell our kids to put on extra layers or blankets instead of turning on the heating unless its absolutely freezing. They need to learn that we should use what is free to us instead of needlessly wasting money.Same goes for those who buy their kids fizzy drinks or juices etc when tap water is perfectly fine and free!
