Jacinda and Labour are weak. End of story. | 285 | 339 | 54 | Happy Gilmore :) |
Dear oh dear - unintended consequences of choosing wrong bed mates. Still, we will endure this mis-matched coalition until sanity prevails once again. | 246 | 293 | 47 | Peterprovocative |
Weak maybe is the wrong word but backed into a corner as a result of bad deal done at any cost to get power is a better description, this government is built on bad foundations | 209 | 231 | 22 | rightway |
Jacinda is PM in name only. Winston is running the show. | 203 | 228 | 25 | Get Even |
jacinda.....the mouse that squeaked. | 200 | 219 | 19 | Wildman willy |
National clearly had the dignity and guts to tell Winston where to go. Labour sold out and got put over a barrel. Is that not completely obvious now? | 192 | 221 | 29 | TheCommonMan |
She is weak please try and write a honest article not the dribble you have just done | 187 | 219 | 32 | Hiltops |
This has now reached the point of absolute absurdity. Is Tracy Watkins a ghost author name for Jacinda Ardern ? Why is the media so biased and in the pocket of Ardern ? Is it because she is young ? Female ? A mother ? Left leaning ? Progressive ? Most informed people knew she was not up to the job before she got the job.The fact that the naive and ignorantly biased media didnt is not the majority of NZs fault. But now they want to make excuses ! Its the medias own fault that theyve been completely and utterly exposed as being cheerleaders for a person that will go down in history as a joke of a PM. Now they have to double down and try and justify her failings. Please... pass me the popcorn. | 180 | 196 | 16 | Darcy Wickstead |
Most of us know that if Ardern is forced into a standoff with Winston she wont win so it will likely be avoided at almost any cost, as it will be the death knell of this disastrous coalition government. | 176 | 190 | 14 | Drives pink car |
This piece is so biased its not funny. In a poll 84% criticised the Nauru flight but Tracey defended the PM. Now you say she isnt weak! Her handling of curran was undoubtedly weak. I appreciate complexities of being in coalition but that wasnt the reason for her curran performance (or lack of).she was simply weak and indecisive with curran. | 174 | 190 | 16 | Justmarried |
National got it right. Winston is a poison challis | 174 | 205 | 31 | Tomcatt |
Fantastic entertainment. You just never know whats going to happen next. Its like house of cards but without the creepy guy and more hobbits.

I would not call her weak, just out or her depth. She was never meant to be prime minister and she can sit in the seat all she likes and she will never be one. Winston must think all his dreams have come 1. | 164 | 181 | 17 | jockcrawford |
I honestly believe jacinda blew it. one more term as leader in opposition and they would have been better positioned to govern. by dealing with Winston she jumped the gun and is floundering and damaging nz. we can see it. however the media seem to be soft on this government and the media have gotten more .... liberal in their excuses for the PM. | 160 | 180 | 20 | Anti lemming |
Blew it really? I voted National and thank everyday that they didnt sell out to Winston. Im picking that Labour didnt think it would be this hard | 158 | 174 | 16 | Oscarbailey |
a lovely lady who tries hard with appropriate matching facial expressions but she really does need some knowledgeable help from within her own party....to many lame ducks ! They are becoming an embarassment to listen to. | 150 | 158 | 8 | terry47 |
Poor article - her actions show Ardern to be definitely a weak leader. Winston is clearly in charge. End of discussion. | 147 | 164 | 17 | Ras Thavas |
I wouldnt necessarily call Ardern weak, she just doesnt have redeeming leadership qualities. And whilst I am no particular fan of Winston Peters, in all honesty he is truly outperforming Ardern on all levels. | 146 | 154 | 8 | Jerry |
Methinks National are lucky. They only have to wait. | 145 | 161 | 16 | Finnegan |
