Blend all of the base ingredients together in a food processor until sticky and crumbly. Press into a spring form cake dish and put in the fridge while you make the cream layers.
Blend all cream layer ingredients EXCEPT the raw cacao in a high speed blender until super creamy. Pour half of this mixture (or however much you want) on top of the base layer of the cake. Place in the freezer while you continue.
Add the raw cacao powder to the remaining mixture and blend. You may make this cake fully chocolate if you please, and skip the vanilla layer process. Just add more raw cacao.
Add this layer on top of the vanilla layer and spread out evenly. Place into the freezer for a couple of hours / until set. Then remove from the freezer and keep it in the fridge, as you don't want it frozen!
