How to make it
Melt a extra virgin (optimal would be organic) coconut oil in a waterbath and mix the molten liquid with the cocoa, carob powder and a pinch of salt. Prepare a date paste (soaked dates blended), and stirr it together with the chocolaty mass and fill it into a piping bag. Work quickly, as the coconut oil becomes solid again. Fill little serving containers or cups with the mousse(do this in spiral movements) and decorate the top with shreded coconut and gojiberries or any other topping of your choice. Let it firm up in the fridge and enjoy!
