Answer is its not worth it. I was in a situation where I became attracted to another man at my work place. I too am married and have been happily for 20 years. This happened 7 years ago. The feeling was mutual and I just found him physically attractive. I found myself fantasising about it a lot and checking his FB page etc. In the end he left that workplace after 3 years and so did I soon after going our separate ways and no one else knew about it. Looking back now I know I was just missing things in my marriage and I got carried away when another man who I liked the look of took and interest in me. Now If I imagine him I cannot understand what I found attractive?, he is not even good looking. I cringe at the thought that I even fancied him and I cant believe I was so stupid over a stranger?.I dont even find him attractive now at all now. I am so glad nothing happened between us and I cannot believe how silly I was at that time really. Being caught up in the moment can get you into a lot of trouble you dont want down the track. I dont think I really wanted this guy, I admittedly enjoyed his attention.
I believe teachers should be paid what they are worth and they are not all the same. We had an experience at a school where the aging principal had dropped the ball due to being a bit past it and my son had to endure 2 years at Intermediate of teachers that simply were not up to it. We had one teacher bringing her personal problems to school and taking it out on the kids who was on observation for violence another staff member,she mucked around only wanting to teach them art all day and was only caught when a student teacher spoke up about it.The next teacher was newly qualified but he had never looked after a class full time, so he failed and left after 1 term and another teacher who hid behind the self managed classroom who let kids roam anywhere all day long and who took off Mon and Fri every week along with other days so he could manage his sideline business he had which left the kids with relief teachers most of the time learning nothing.He was supposed to be the team leader as well. This happened because it was allowed to by the authorities and the kids ended up getting behind, some having to do literacy classes at high school after this. So I dont agree all teachers should be paid the same,its should be performance pay because some will be getting money they do not deserve.

Even in real estate salespeople are not permitted to allow a person who they believe may be impaired in some way to sign a contract so a casino should be the same. If the real estate salesperson goes ahead knowing or suspecting this it is considered getting the client to sign a contract that will be either made void in the end and the agency and them can be fined for doing so also risking their licence

These apartments will have no parking so it will increase the traffic there bringing chaos and the businesses will lose because there will be nowhere for people to park and it will become too congested. The council just wants to sell of the land and they do not really care what happens to it?,whether it benefits those rate payers or not. Once the land is sold it is too late. Sad to lose a great market too.
This story is just trying to soften us so that we become more accepting of Jacindas promise to accept more refugees. But the fact is we cannot afford them and and cannot afford to even house our own let alone take on more and ones with complex health needs. We are being stretched more and more every week by Labour who have no concept of the real world as they invent more taxes where the working people of this country have limits and those limits have been reached a while ago.
